Hi, I'm Claire

I'm a professional dancer but ever since I was a little girl it was my dream to share my love of dance with children. Teaching dance is my passion and my life.

Here at Love to Dance we believe in friendship, fun and expressing ourselves to music. Building confidence, positive body image and respect for ourselves and those around us is what we're all about.

Join our regular weekly, drop-in or holiday kids dance programs at Finns Recreation Club in the heart of Canggu, Bali.

If you're looking to learn new dance moves or hone in on your existing talent, this class is what you are looking for. In these smaller classes, we are committed to giving each student attention while also moving the class forward. We’re happy to answer any questions you have about this class or any others - simply contact us or stop by.

Jazz

This class will have you on your feet in no time and is definitely the most popular with the students, giving them a chance to introduce their own funky moves and style. But be quick, they book out fast! Classes are available each weekday.

Ballet

Our ballet classes develop poise, grace and an appreciation of music. But in true Love to Dance style, it's not about grades or regimented poses. We encourage students to develop a joy in dancing and expressing themselves, even if it's a more classical style. We want them to love to dance!

Fun, friendship and dancing to the beat

Olivia Lorenz, age 9

Hi, I'm Olivia, but my friends call me Liv. I'd never had dance classes before coming to Love to Dance. Now I dance every day: Jazz, tap, ballet - I love it all. It's been a great way to make new friends, and it's fun! I'm quite shy, but somehow Miss Claire makes us all feel special and now I can get up in front of crowds of people and perform without worrying at all. Dance for me has been the best thing about moving to Bali. Thank you Miss Claire!

Grace and Ava Fuller, ages 15 and 10

Miss Claire is our mum, so I guess it's no surprise we think she's great. I think it's because she has kids of her own that she understands children so well, and knows just how to get the best out of us. We love the dance classes so much that we both want to train to become dance teachers too. Keeping it in the family!

Keilah Clarke, Age 11

All I want to be when I grow up is a professional performer. I've been acting, singing and dancing since I could walk. Love to Dance has been great for me. As well being taught by a professional dance teacher, I've had the opportunity to practice performing in front of all sorts of audiences both solo and as part of a group.
